It starts with a phone call.  Once you contact us we appoint you for an exam.  We also gather medical and dental information.  We need your X-Rays as well as your sleep study and other records.  The next step is a scan.  We are a digital office and computers are used to design and fabricate the appliance. After the appliance is fabricated and delivered we follow our patients and adjust their appliance to optimum effect.  We conduct validation tests to confirm effectiveness.  Once your appliance is fully adjusted we send you back to your Physician.
